ANDOVER COURT

Located on Westland Drive just West of Pellissippi Parkway in West Knoxville. Andover Court is one of the newest "Fred Long Communities." New homes are under construction now. This is a small community with only 26 building sites. The streets are well lighted with street lights on tall poles. The community will have Handicap accessible sidewalks on both sides of the street for convenience and safety for your family and your neighbors.

These homes are wrapped in all brick using Tudor and other beautiful high quality standard size brick. Each home will be constructed with 3 car side entry garages with automatic openers. All of the homes have 9' ceilings downstairs. Maple cabinets are standard in white, cherry or two shades of natural maple color. The wall cabinets are oversized with crown moldings on top and accented with rope lighting. Synthetic marble tops with built in sinks are standard in the full baths with a pedestal sink in the guest 1/2 bath. Solid surface kitchen tops are standard with an upgrade to granite tops available. The homes are generously trimmed with crown moldings, chair rails and molded doors. All of the main rooms on the first floor are finished in Oak hardwoods with your choice of hardwood or tile in the kitchen and breakfast room. All of the baths and the laundry room will have tile floors. Carpet choices include Plush and/or Berber Carpet.

There is a complete central vacuum system and a complete alarm system ready for you to hook up to central monitoring. The homes have been wired for telephone and computer systems with the fastest speed cat-5 cable available today for multi phone, fax and computer connections. Conduits have been put in place for the addition of a satellite dish and to pull wiring for any future technologies. Wiring for stereo, surround sound and video distribution have been pulled to a central location for the homeowner to add to with his own equipment. This gives you the capability of surround sound in the family room and stereo sound on the patio. The windows are high quality solid vinyl units with insulated glass for efficiency and low maintenance. The exterior doors are steel insulated units with deadbolts for your family's and your home's security.

The outsides will be generously landscaped with fescue sod yards and an irrigation system with an automatic timed control panel.
