ATLEE FIELDS

The streets are well lighted with street lights on tall poles. The community will have sidewalks for convenience and safety for your family and your neighbors.

These homes are all brick. The two story  homes will be constructed with 3 car side entry garages. The Ranch style homes have 2 car garages, some with a bonus room upstairs over the garage. All of the houses have automatic garage door openers. Maple cabinets are standard in white, cherry or two shades of natural maple color. Synthetic marble tops with built in sinks are standard in the full baths with a pedestal sink in the guest 1/2 bath. Laminated kitchen tops are standard with an upgrade to solid surface tops available. The homes are generously trimmed downstairs with crown moldings, chair rails and molded doors. You can upgrade to a crown molding trim package upstairs. The entry foyer, main hallway on the first floor and dining room  are finished in Oak hardwoods with your choice of hardwood or tile in the kitchen and breakfast room. All of the baths and the laundry room will have tile floors. Carpet choices include Plush and/or Berber Carpet.

There is a roughed in central vacuum system in the newest homes ready for you to complete and a completed alarm system ready for you to hook up to central monitoring. The newest homes have been wired for telephone and computer systems with the fastest speed cat-5 cable available today for multi phone, fax and computer connections. Conduits have been put in place for the addition of a satellite dish and to pull wiring for any future technologies. Wiring for stereo, surround sound and video distribution have been pulled to a central location for the homeowner to add to with his own equipment. This gives you the capability of surround sound in the family room and stereo sound on the patio. The windows are high quality solid vinyl units with insulated glass for efficiency and low maintenance. The exterior doors are steel insulated units with deadbolts for your family's and your home's security.

The outsides will be generously landscaped with fescue sod yards in the front and seeded yards in the rear. An irrigation system with an automatic timed control panel will be installed to keep your yard looking great in the hot summer months.

DIRECTIONS:
From I-40 take the Cedar Bluff exit and turn North to Middlebrook Pike (away from Kingston Pike). Turn left on Middlebrook Pike and go West about 1/4 mile and watch for the subdivision on the right. Turn right at the Brick Entrance and go up the Boulevard past the Community Swimming Pool and Pool house.
