This is a small community with only 46 beautiful  homes. The streets are well lighted and the community will have sidewalks around the interior block for convenience and safety for your neighborhood.

These homes will have brick fronts and brick foundations using Tudor and other beautiful high quality standard size brick. You can make your home all brick with an upgrade package. Each home will be constructed with 3 car side entry garages with automatic openers. Maple cabinets are standard in white, cherry or two shades of natural maple color.
