Fred Long Construction is a partnership of two builders, Fred Long and Alex Schubert, each with over 35 years experience in the Knoxville building industry. We develop our own exclusive communities such as Greystone Court, Andover Court and Canton Place. Other home sites include, Kensington, Gettysvue, Alderwood Court, Robins Ridge and Atlee Fields. Our homes are predominately two-stories with three car side load garages. Our designs include spacious living areas, large master bedrooms, huge walk-in closets. Master baths include tile floors, therapy tubs, separate shower, and his/her sinks. Our entry foyers and dining rooms feature hardwood flooring, crown moldings, and chair rails. Our kitchens are spacious and bright using maple or white cabinets and tile with eat-in breakfast nooks. Our exteriors feature brick veneer, large windows, and insulated steel doors.
